Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Cambridgeshire requires a Brasserie Manager. We are looking for a very strong candidate who is able to take control to raise the standards in this establishment. You need to be mature and to take the job seriously but also be quite an outgoing and bubbly individual at the same time. This is bar * cafe with 40 covers inside and 30 outside so previous managerial or supervisory experience within food and bar is essential, preferably within a 4*5 star hotel. The food served is varied and light, sandwiches and full meals bringing in a lot of custom from the Spa. The brasserie is open from 9am - 11pm.
