Top conference centre with over 50 rooms in Hertfordshire requires an experienced and creative Head Chef with previous hotel experience to manage their small, busy kitchen team. You will be responsible for all stock, creative menu planning and financials along with consistently delivering exceptional food and service. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager you will be constantly improving the whole F & B service and drive forward the kitchen and the service teams.
