Top conference centre with over 250 rooms in Berkshire seeks a strong Director of Sales & Marketing to oversee 3 of their properties, with previous experience in a similar role. You will be involved in business development so you need to be a very pro-active individual who is looking for a challenge and a dynamic role. You will be managing a team of 15, including pro-active sales team members, diary managers and co-ordinators, so you must be able to delegate to team members and managers. You will also be involved in Area Sales, reporting into the General Manager and the Area Sales Manager. Benefits include full expenses car and bonus.
