A leading organisation based in Watford seeks a Technical Specialist- Network LAN & WAN. You will be responsible for providing telephone technical support, 2nd*3rd line incident resolution and support 400 workstation call centre environment. You will provide hands on technical support of hardware and software within their technical field of expertise, meet SLA?s and act as a member of the IT Department team- requiring 24x7 availability on a rotational basis. In order to apply, you must be fully customer focussed, ideally speak a second language (French or German) and be prepared to travel across UK. You will be required to have a CISCO Certification, MCP* MCSE* MCSA, WAN, LAN, Proxy, Netscape, TCP*IP and experience in troubleshooting. The candidate will preferably have a minimum of 3 years experience supporting a multi site end user environment.
