Senior Instructional Designer required to lead projects from inception to completion within an expanding team.
With around 3 years experience in an e-Learning environment, you should have excellent e-Learning design skills and proven client facing experience.
You will have a keen understanding of the development process; be able to apply learning theories in a practical context and to work in a team, providing guidance and support to other designers.
Additional qualities include visual literacy, adaptability, determination and confidence.
You will need to be skilled in all facets of e-Learning design and development: learning, scripting, content, visual and ICT but you will be particularly skilled at building and developing strong client relationships.
Salary £28K - £32K dependent on experience plus performance related bonus
