Our client requires a Targeting Analyst to work in the Client Analysis & targeting department. In this role you will provide specialist targeting knowledge to ensure the accurate targeting & delivery of statement & solus marketing messages. Expert knowledge Customer Strategy Manager (CSM) & selection manager.
Development, on going specification, programming, quallity assurance, monitoring & maintenance of targeting requirements for clients & internal stakeholders, timely input & implementation of targeting briefs for statements, direct mail, recards & upgrades, marketing to client time lines & providing timely & accurate responses to last minute *ad-hoc change requests are all key result areas for the role.
You will need a technical aptitude, strong communication, organisational & time management skills & good ability in windows based applications particularly Access & Excel. Graduate calibre with awareness of database marketing & Financial Services. Experience in SAS & SQL programming languages essential, knowledge of Customer Strategy Manager, Probe & Selection Manager (on Carisma) software with other programming skills (i.e VB or C+) is desirable.
