This role is a permanent role within a leading global software company. The succesful candidate will be mainly focused upon Sarbanes Oxley in the first year and then move more into the finance*risk department and have the ability to focus their career in areas they excel in.
The successful candidate will be a key driver in the UK operations Sarbanes-Oxley initiative and act as a focal point for conducting process documentation, control assessments and testing to ensure UK is compliant with legal requirements. Large element of value-added activities due to key focus on facilitating process re-design and improvement in the relevant sales and operations processes. Actual additional focus will depend on the candidates preferred area of interest and the need(s) within the organization at the time.
The successful candidate will have:
- University degree
- Qualified accountant ( ACA or ACCA)
- Big 4 control based audit experience
- 3-4 yrs max work experience
- Interest in or general knowledge of IFRS, SOX, US GAAP.
