6 MONTH MATERNITY CONTRACT*
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a Marketing company based in Gravesend. My client is currently looking to recruit a call centre*customer services asistant for a 6 month maternity cover.
Successful candidates will have at least 6 months call centre*customer services experience and enjoy speaking to customers at all levels. You will enjoy develping customer relationships, be polite and polished in your approach and be able to handle queries and complaints in an efficient, professional manner.
You will be acting as a Customer Service Advisor * Marketing Assistant on behalf of prestigious brand names such as Kelloggs, Nestle and Cadburys.
Main duties include:-
* Taking incoming calls from Chefs, canteen manager and blue chip organisations
* Having the ability to deal with all questions, queries and complaints in a concise, professional manner
* Building client relationships with blue chip organisations
* Fact finding on the in-house database to ensure Clients questions are answered
* Sending out samples of products to clients
Initially the position is offered on a 6 month Maternity Cover contract, however, there is the opportunity of a permanent placement for successful candidates!
