Head chef required to take on already well established Gastro pub, and make a name for themselves as well as the pub. excellent quality menu. You will be expected to keep up the current standard, and source ingredients and meat etc.. locally to keep the menu changing daily. Kitchen is due to undergo an extension, but has been put on hold until the position has been filled and they have settled in.
