Initiate`s clients is a group of companies set up to support the development and delivery of intelligent communication solutions from design and development through systems integration to delivery of services. They delivers these services in a variety of ways, such as On Premises equipment or as hosted services and provides each with support and ongoing upgrades through a Annual Licence and Maintenance agreement . Established in 1991 with offices globally, they turnover in excess of Ј11m pounds. They recently set up a hosting division, this divison is the Centre of Excellence for the delivery of thier IP Softswitch and multiple applications portfolio in a hosted environment.

This new divison requires a Business Development manager to recruit and manage a number of dealers (target for the first 12 months is 9 dealers and Ј1.5m) who will sell this service to SME`s. Once you have established relationships with these dealers you will go on to account manage them, growing them over time and introducing them to new services as the come on line. You will have telemarketing support so the need to do large number of outbound cold calls is not necessary. As the first senior sales executive you will take control of the division, working along side the companies Operations Director, you will grow the sales team, managing them and being a key player in the long term strategy for the division.

You will have extensive experience of working with dealers. Having worked for the likes of Panasonic, Toshiba, Mitel, Siemens and Cisco you will fully understand the hosted IP telephony market. You will have lots of your own personal contacts. The tools, budget and marketting support is comprehensibly provided, what is required is for someone to take these and run with it to and work of their own back. You will have a proven track record, be comfortable working along side your fellow managers as well as software developers and your telemarketing support.

Location: London (work from home)

Salary: Ј50-60k base OTE Ј100-120 uncappedCompany car or car allowance, private (BUPA) health care, other executive benefits
