A bright, enthusiastic person is required for a busy Surgical Ward within a prestigious Hospital in Central London. The ideal candidate should be computer literate with good written and spoken English, and able to prioritise a busy work load. The successful candidate must also be able to converse with consultants, patients, relatives etc.
You will be responsible for
- Maintaining confidentiality
- To ensure reception*administrative function is carried out to the highest standards
- To ensure bookings are made accurately and the information properly communicated
- Provide accurate and up to date information on request
- To keep up to date with current procedures and hospital agreements
-To ensure reception area is kept tidy at all times.
- To maintain accurate records
-To maintain a smart and clean appearance in line with uniform policy
