Top conference centre with over 100 rooms in the Home Counties seeks a confident, motivated Business Development Manager with a good hospitality, sales, business development background and a minimum of 18 months experience at management level. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts and will generate new ones in the North London * Northern Home Counties areas. You will do face to face upselling of the venue and its facilities and so should be self-motivated and happy to go out and bring in new business. Account and territory management is essential for this role as well as a proven track record of developing and managing business. Salary is dependant on experience. Drive & enthusiasm are required for this challenging but rewarding role, which also provides a car for the travel required.
