This Fine dining, well revue Spanish Restaurant based in Manchester is now recruiting a new Sous chef. Spanish menu of course! Tapas selection covering Spanish classics including jamon iberico (cured ham), queso manchego (cheese), chorizo (sausage) and gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns with chilli) and an A la Carte from paella and various meat and fish dishes including their signature Seabass baked in rock salt that are specialities of the Castilla-La Mancha region The position is a 45 (max!) hours a week.
