Java J2EE Web Team Leader * Web Development Manager * Architect - Midlands * Birmingham- My client, a market-leading financial services organisation with an incredible record for growth, requires a hands on Java*J2EE Web Development Manager with superb team-leading skills to take ownership of its web development team.
Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years development experience using Java, JSP and Servlets, ideally utilising Oracle RDBMS as a back-end and IBM Websphere application server.
Candidates should ideally have 3 years proven experience of managing*team leading a team of developers within a web environment.
Any experience of C programming on UNIX, Pro*C or transaction processing is a big advantage.
